Privacy Policy
How Quietastralis handles personal information, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Principles.

Information we collect
We collect only what a reader chooses to give us: an email address for the briefing, and the name, email and message submitted through the contact page. We do not ask for financial details, identity documents or gambling account information, because Quietastralis offers no wagering of any kind.
How we use it
Correspondence is used to answer your enquiry. Briefing subscriptions are used to send the editorial briefing and nothing else. We do not sell, rent or trade reader data, and we do not share it with operators, manufacturers or advertisers.
Analytics and logs
Aggregated, non-identifying measurements — pages viewed, referring site, approximate region — help us understand which reporting is read. Server logs are retained briefly for security and diagnostics.
Storage and retention
Personal information is held only as long as it serves the purpose it was given for, then deleted. Access is limited to editorial staff who need it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold, and you may unsubscribe from the briefing at any time. Requests can be made through the contact page.
Changes
Material changes to this policy are published on this page with a revised date.
